Rental Options & Pricing

Our unique venue consists of two buildings that were joined in 2008, one built in 1915 and the other in 1955. Renters have their choice of the downstairs and patio, or upstairs media room. Both indoor areas are air-conditioned and heated.

Option 1: Downstairs and outdoor patio with kitchenette. The bright and airy downstairs room has easy access to a small restroom. A spacious outdoor patio includes a security gate and lighting. The kitchenette includes a full-size refrigerator, microwave oven, double sink, wine chiller, and counter space. Capacity: 75

Option 2: Upstairs media room with kitchenette. The large room features wraparound windows with a lovely view of Exeter and two large flat-screen televisions. The small kitchenette includes a full-size refrigerator, microwave oven, single sink, and counter space. The elevator is conveniently available for use. Capacity: 85

Option 3: Entire Facility. Everything included in options 1 and 2. Capacity: 160

Rectangular tables and chairs are included with the rental. Everything else including a “Certificate of Liability Insurance” shall be provided by the renter (available via home owner’s insurance).

Rates: 

Upstairs: (4 hrs.) $400; (8 hrs.) $800; (12 hrs.) $1000

Downstairs: (4 hrs.) $400; (8 hrs.) $800; (12 hrs.) $1000

Entire Facility: (4 hrs.) $800, (8 hrs.) $1400, (12 hrs.) $2000

Additional hours: $75 per hour

Deposit: $350

The deposit is refundable upon inspection of the facilities after your event. Final payment and “Certificate of Liability Insurance” are due two weeks prior to event date.
