CACHE To Host Drawing Presentation by Local Artist
Exeter, Ca – The Center for Art, Culture, and History—Exeter, or CACHE, will be hosting a presentation titled How To Draw by local artist Jana Botkin. It will be held on November 12, from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Many people have an interest in drawing but assume that it is a talent which one either possesses or does not. Botkin believes that it is something that can be taught and learned with practice, like any skill.
Since 1994, she has taught children (6th grade minimum age) and adults to draw realistic detailed pictures with pencils, learning to put on paper exactly what they see. She will be explaining the various approaches to drawing and demonstrating different ways to learn the basics of drawing
This event is free and open to the public. Seating is limited, so to reserve your spot, email Jana Botkin at cabinart@cabinart.net.
